(HOPEWELL, NJ) – For-profit indie venue Hopewell Theater is raising funds for local arts and youth arts programs this holiday season with a Holiday Donation Drive for Artwork Trentona nonprofit community arts organization.
Through December 31, Hopewell Theater attendees have the option to add a donation of $5.00 or more to their ticket purchase online or in person at the box office. There will also be the opportunity to donate directly during the visit Fundraiser Web page on the Hopewell Theater website.
“Hopewell Theater is proud to support such a valuable arts organization this holiday season,” says Sara Scully. “This fundraiser will help support Artworks’ youth art education programs in Trenton and their overall mission to showcase emerging local artists.”
Artworks Trenton is a professional arts organization that promotes artistic diversity and encourages creativity, learning and appreciation of the arts. Her goal is to make art accessible to everyone.
Artworks Trenton’s downtown fine arts center is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Corporation. Their exhibitions, workshops, events, and public projects make art an accessible experience for all, building a community among art students of all ages, professional and amateur artists, inner-city and suburban residents, die-hard art fans, and first-time art connoisseurs.

These initiatives encourage creativity and connection within the Trenton community and beyond. With the help of donors and patrons of the arts, they are able to offer a balanced and engaging range of exhibitions and courses throughout the year.
The Hopewell Theater is both an indie arts venue and a meeting place – a place where guests can meet friends and be inspired by an eclectic mix of entertainment from emerging and established talent in a welcoming, informal, intimate and fun environment.
This 180-seat theater features independent films, stand-up comedy, stage performances, live music, supper clubs and other special programs.
Hopewell Theater aims to support the local creative industries by donating its stage and screen to non-profit cultural organizations such as the Hopewell Valley Arts Council, Hopewell Library, Princeton Public Library and others for co-presented events.
The theater aims to support Central NJ’s local arts and youth programs by hosting this year’s Holiday Donation Drive for Artworks Trenton. All donations are tax deductible.
