Taylor Swift’s former New York townhouse is $45,000/month

Fans could still have better luck renting Taylor Swift’s iconic townhouse on Cornelia Street in New York City than snagging her Eras tour tickets, which have resold for up to a whopping $22,000.

The charming four-bedroom, seven-bathroom West Village property at 23 Cornelia St. is renting for $45,000 a month, The Post has learned.

Swift, 32, lived in the home in 2016 while renovations were taking place at her townhouse in nearby Tribeca.

This temporary home even gained notoriety when Swift wrote a song titled “Cornelia Street” on her seventh studio album, Lover. The tune reflects her memories of life on the estate during the early days of her relationship with actor Joe Alywn.

Features include dramatic double height ceilings, three gas fireplaces and hardwood floors throughout. Perfect for an A-lister, the home also offers a garage for privacy — as well as an indoor pool that measures about 30 feet by 15 feet and is 5.5 feet deep.

To top it off, there is also a rooftop terrace with a gable roof construction and uninterrupted views of downtown Manhattan.

The townhouse spans nearly 5,500 square feet.

The house covers an area of approximately 5,500 square feet and was built in 1899.

The pool is on the first level. On the second level is the living room with beamed ceilings, light parquet, Russian Ipe hardwood floors, stained glass windows and a wood-burning fireplace with marble hearth adds to the listing.

The kitchen features a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine refrigerator, Fisher & Paykel two-drawer dishwasher, and granite countertops. It opens to the dining area with floor to ceiling casement windows overlooking the West Village backyard. At the front of this floor is a bedroom/study with a full bath overlooking Cornelia Street.

The third level features two bedroom suites, each with its own private terrace. The master bedroom features high ceilings, a walk-in closet and a dramatic marble bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and skylight. The patio has its own outdoor lounge with a gas fireplace.
